As developers, we may feel that we know the needs of our faculty. But without regular assessment, our presumed knowledge may prove to be outdated or off-target. Even if we are correct on the needs, our services may not be effectively meeting them. Participants will leave with concrete strategies for assessing their own programming to keep it responsive, purposeful, priority-driven, and connected to institutional goals. |
