As an education assessment analyst for the School of Medicine, Peg Weissinger is charged with improving the way that both students and faculty assess medical school courses as well as collaborating with faculty on educational research projects. Weissinger, who started her new job October 1, is a key contributor to the ongoing curriculum reform process at the SoM and a member several other committees preparing for the next Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) accreditation visit. She received her Ed.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University in 2003 and has given more than 50 presentations at academic conferences and meetings throughout her career. | |
