Faculty ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adam Caron Learning Manager Institute for the Advancement of Teaching in Higher Education Ottawa, Ontario, Canada caron@iathe.org Member of the board of directors of Canadian eLearning Enterprise Alliance (CeLEA), Adam brings his academic and professional expertise from three different domains to the Institute. A degree in Computer Science Technology, a Bachelors of Commerce in Management Information Systems/Adult Education and a Masters of Arts in Educational Technology. Starting his professional career as a database programmer, he quickly moved into the role of a systems analyst then instructional designer. Adam has now made the transition to management by becoming the Learning Manager of the Institute. He believes that even though change may be difficult, progress needs to be embraced to move forward. If not in the office, you might find him on the squash courts, slopes or rollerblading the Rideau Canal.
