REGISTRATION

Early-bird registration, by May 1, 2007, is $900(USD) and includes five days of instruction facilitated by nationally-known educators, all session materials, three dinners, and breakfast and lunch on each day of the conference. The registration fee after May 1, 2007 is $1,100(USD). Please note: The registration fee does not include the cost of travel and accommodations.
